Related Tags Section

A Related Tags section can be used in a wiki topic page to reference.. related/similar tags.
Usually, one can describe inline with sentences how a grin is a larger version of smile. However, sometimes a topic-article should include related tags, but need not detail the relationship between them and it's topic. Or instead to create a summary of the article's inline tags. This is when a Related section comes in handy.
Guidelines for Related Tags Sections: Should be located at the bottom of the topic page.
Whenever relevant, it is better to instead write multiple paragraphs with related inline topic links, in an attempt to describe their relationships.
Should be formatted as seen below.
